1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)
1. Presentation of ApplyFirst
ApplyFirst is a brand operated by Ralia Solutions, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom, located at Lampton Residence, Exeter Road, BH2 5AY, Bournemouth, United Kingdom.

ApplyFirst offers a service to assist with job, internship, or apprenticeship searches by detecting real-time job offers and identifying qualified HR contacts, without acting as a recruitment agency or charging commissions on signed contracts.
2. Purpose of the Service
ApplyFirst uses algorithms to collect job offers posted on platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.) and identify HR contacts from company directories. The service provides “boosts” (job offers + qualified HR contacts) to maximize users’ application opportunities.
3. Plans and Pricing
ApplyFirst offers boost packages:
€10: 5 boosts + 1 free
€30: 15 boosts + 2 free
€50: 25 boosts + 3 free
€100: 50 boosts + 5 free
€500: 250 boosts + 10 free
Payment: Processed securely via Stripe. Payments are one-time and non-refundable, except where legally required. Boosts expire after 1 year if unused.
4. Registration Process
Registration: Submit search criteria (location, job type) via the website or WhatsApp.
Validation: Accept the CGV and pay for the chosen package.
Service: Receive boosts based on the provided criteria.
5. ApplyFirst’s Commitments
Detect job offers in real-time based on user criteria.
Provide qualified HR contacts related to the offers.
Strive to keep data (offers and contacts) up to date.
ApplyFirst does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the provided data (offers or contacts), as they may be updated or modified by third parties after collection. ApplyFirst does not guarantee securing an interview or job, as these decisions depend solely on employers.
6. User’s Commitments
Provide accurate and up-to-date search criteria.
Use boosts for personal, non-transferable purposes.
Pay for the chosen package as per the pricing.
7. Duration and Termination
Duration: The service is active upon package purchase and lasts until boosts are used or expire (1 year).
Early Termination: Not applicable except in cases of force majeure. No refunds for unused boosts, except where legally required.
In case of serious misconduct (fraud, abusive use), immediate suspension without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
ApplyFirst owns the rights to its algorithms, tools, and website content. Boosts (offers and contacts) are for personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed without authorization.
9. Confidentiality and Personal Data
ApplyFirst protects user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy below. Boosts are confidential and intended for personal use.
10. Responsibilities
ApplyFirst is not responsible for employers’ decisions (rejections, conditions) or for potential data inaccuracies due to third-party updates. Users manage their applications and interactions with HR independently.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), users have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, unless the service has started with their express consent. Requests via email to contact@applyfirst.fr.
12. Acceptance of CGV
By purchasing a package, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these CGV.

5. Data Retention Period
Active Account: Data retained as long as you use the service or until boosts are exhausted (1 year maximum).
Inactive Account: Deleted after 1 year of inactivity.
Payments: Retained per Stripe’s policy (see Stripe.com).
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you can:

Request correction or deletion.
Retrieve your data (portability).
Object to its use.
